“you hold me as if trying to reach through me” is SUCH a devastating line wow
your writing always feels like standing too close to someone’s inner world in the best way. intimate without overexplaining itself. it trusts the reader to feel it instead of spelling it out ✨
Hey Kasu, good evening. I felt like this poem really captured your unique style, that strange, mysterious, slightly unsettling feeling you’re so good at creating. Sorry if that sounds a little rude, I mean it in a good way.
This is so vivid, love it. I had this strange image in my mind yesterday of a hand reaching out of one’s mouth to cover their own face, this kinda captured that beautiful strangeness.
Phew on that ending. I didn't see it going there.
Haha 💜 a bit of a curveball
Beautiful.
Thank you 🥰
Kasu,
Thanks for sharing.
These pieces feel quieter than some of your earlier work, but also deeper and more structurally controlled.
There is a subtle yet significant shift in these texts.
They’re imbued with a sense of emotional permeability.
Not simply emotion itself, but the feeling that boundaries between people, bodies, memory, longing, and identity are becoming unstable.
That’s where these texts gain their force.
The Structural Shift:
What’s immediately striking is that these fragments no longer operate as isolated observations.
They form a sequence of deepening states.
What impresses me is how much emotional pressure they carry without needing to explain themselves.
The sequence moves less like separate poems and more like a slow opening or unfolding state.
Especially:
your mouth finds
places that opened
before you
and:
I can’t tell
where I end
when you linger.
Both trust implication rather than declaration – and that’s where your writing becomes most powerful.
Best, Chris.
Thank you as always 💜

Thank you 🥰 I’m really hapoy you enjoy my works!
Wow. Incredible work.
This one stanza hit me like a truck
“sometimes I can’t tell
if you want me
or what I carry
you hold me
as if trying
to reach through me”
Gods the way you described that feeling is fascinating and I’m genuinely shook.
“Or what I carry”
Gods that keeps replaying in my head. Incredible work
I’m going through what I can now, but you have been in my radar for so long and I’ve wanted to really dive into your works for eons now
And u don’t disappoint!
I'm honored and very happy you feel that way. Thank you 💜
Short, beautiful and heartbreaking..
💜
Love the way it navigates the subtle confusion in a romantic relationship. Brave of you to take that on. Brava.
💜 thank you
