I came out of this with salt in my mouth, honestly, like the drowning didn’t become gentle but it did become hers. I kind of adore how the haunting turns into something feral instead of clean, like healing showed up with wet hair and teeth.
A full-blown trilogy in blue and such a journey you take us on. There are so many great lines here. All of them lingering in their own right, like the tops of waves, gently curling.
But these more than most
"Bioluminescent waters.
An underwater sky.
Darkness,
finally coming alive."
Because this is where it feels the transformation and hinge of the piece washes in.
Just waouh! This is so deep, true, and exceptional that I chose not to add a comment today. My father used to say and i quote: "À celui qui naît, la mort est certaine. Et à celui qui meurt, la naissance". "Rebirth" is the word that crossed my mind after reading this. Thanks for letting your soul speak his native language into this🌹
Water is both acceptance and drowning. Somewhere between the unknown, where the future and the past blur into eerie, shifting shapes, we find ourselves. A agua y nos somos la misma cosa.
kasu, this is truly exceptional. i love your style and i really resonate with the theme of the sea, emotional turmoil and the process of becoming throughout it.
I want to keep becoming. I feel like I drift back and forth.
I totally feel that. Me too 💜

Thank you 🖤
To me the sea is a wild entity. Healing came but it doesn’t always show up in a calm manner. Sometimes it shakes everything.
Wow Kasu!. Stunning!!!

Loved it!
Thank you 💜💜💜🥹
The sky devoured the stars.
My soul swallowed the moon.
Even the faint glow of night
chose silence.
Chose not to witness
the way I wept.
Absolutely amazing, Kasu!
Thank you Nick, appreciate it 🥹
The sea. The Origins. Our blood. My blood flows the sea within.
Kasu brilliant as always.💖🙏🏼💖

Beautiful
Painful..
The acceptance, the pain, the imagery.
I can relate deeply..
You're incredible
Thank you Elijah 🥹🖤

Agreed 🖤 water is so powerful we sometimes have no other option but to surrender to it.
Absolute perfection 💜

I’m very happy it resonated. And thank you for feeling it with me
This reminds me of a cross between Arthur Rimbaud and Sylvia Plath.
The almost surreal imagery and the lonely, haunting voice.
Best, Chris.
Thank you Chris! 🥰 appreciate it!
Beautiful rhythm and images. All these cosmic little terrors, abyssal wonders and forests of light...
My kind of poetry 🖤
Thank you 🥹💜
